Who doesn’t love lasagna?  But all that work can deter one from taking it on as a weeknight meal.  This recipe is easy and unbelievably delicious.  Your family will eat it up!

Steps

1
Done

1

Preheat your oven to 400°. Once you've got that covered, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a medium-sized mixing bowl. You can do this with a wooden spoon, spatula, or mixer, whatever tool you prefer. Set this aside.

Pour enough sauce into a 13x9 oven proof pan (about 1 cup) to cover the bottom of it. I honestly use more than 1 cup, but that's my preference. I like my lasagna a little saucy.

When I assemble lasagna I always get confused trying to follow the steps in the recipe. I'm always thinking, "what comes next, I forget" and then I waste time rereading the recipe trying to figure out where I am in my layering process.
So, here's how I wish every recipe listed the steps:
1. Place one layer of frozen meat ravioli in the bottom of the sauce-covered casserole dish.
2. Top with half of the cream cheese mixture.
3. Now sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
4. Sprinkle 1 layer of sausage over the cheese.
5. Pour 1 cup of Mom's Spaghetti Sauce over this.
6. Place one layer of frozen cheese ravioli over the crumbled sausage.
7. Spread/Spoon the rest of the cream cheese mixture onto the ravioli.
8. Pour 1 cup of sauce over this.
9. Add crumbled sausage to the top.
10. Sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
11. Sprinkle with 1\2 cup of parmesan cheese.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil sprayed with cooking oil. Bake for 30 minutes, uncover it, and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted on the top. I usually let it sit for 10 minutes before I cut it. It just helps it to set a little.
