Directions
Who doesn’t love lasagna? But all that work can deter one from taking it on as a weeknight meal. This recipe is easy and unbelievably delicious. Your family will eat it up!

1Preheat your oven to 400°. Once you've got that covered, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a medium-sized mixing bowl. You can do this with a wooden spoon, spatula, or mixer, whatever tool you prefer. Set this aside. |

2Pour enough sauce into a 13x9 oven proof pan (about 1 cup) to cover the bottom of it. I honestly use more than 1 cup, but that's my preference. I like my lasagna a little saucy. |

3When I assemble lasagna I always get confused trying to follow the steps in the recipe. I'm always thinking, "what comes next, I forget" and then I waste time rereading the recipe trying to figure out where I am in my layering process. |

4Cover the pan with aluminum foil sprayed with cooking oil. Bake for 30 minutes, uncover it, and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted on the top. I usually let it sit for 10 minutes before I cut it. It just helps it to set a little. |
